You may be able to find the email address for a public folder by looking in the To field of messages in the public folder. If a public mail folder has been assigned an email address by the folder's administrator (a folder setting called "mail enabled"), you can send a message directly to the public folder. I simply want a button or swipe to move emails to an archived folder and subsequently go back and see said messages. This is not the feature I am looking for.
I am familiar with this as I was once a heavy outlook user in the past. I see from searching online that the built in export function can save emails outside of the outlook app, I have tried everything I can to just get access back to this folder from my mac and I can't.
There is no access to my archived messageįolder where years of communications are still stored. I can swipe on the desired message and transfer it to the archive. This functionality works just fine on my iPhone in Outlook. I don't do this for space reasons as the emails are still saved to my device. Therefore, by inbox becomes a todo list of sorts and when I archive I still have a record of all communications if it is necessary. Essentially, I transfer all of my mail to this folder unless it needs furtherĪction. Every email app or service I have used in recent years has an Archive folder. I recently downloaded Office 365 for my Mac and am fairly happy with it with one major exception.
